Job Description:

Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. (“MGM”) is seeking an Office Services Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support to the Office Manager and the Assistant Manager in Facilities.   
 
Responsibilities Include:
  • Handle daily administrative tasks including: answering phones and relaying messages, scheduling meetings, photocopying, scanning, ordering office supplies, etc.  
  • Vendor management and invoice processing 
  • Monitor and process help desk requests to satisfactory completion
  • Coordinate office moves
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance issues with the building staff or designated vendors
  • Oversee company Ride Share program and company-subsidized Health Club memberships 
  • Create Purchase Order Requisitions as needed
  • Support mail room staff as needed
  • Schedule off hours air conditioning requests  

Job Requirements:

 
  • BS/BA degree
  • 2-3 years’ administrative support experience in a corporate environment 
  • Experience with CAD desirable 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
