Job Description:

• Assist in scheduling / confirming / booking location scouts - location scout/travel and hotel arrangements / ground transportation / rental vehicles / itineraries with the Physical Production and VFX groups
• Maintain appointment / meeting calendar(s) / weekly production calls with the Physical Production and VFX groups
• Schedule and manage writing rooms
• Maintain databases necessary for current and upcoming productions, including studio availability, key information on heads of departments, and available writing room facilities in the Los Angeles area
• Intermediary between Physical Production and Creative Group
• Liaise with all projects in production to ensure that all distribution is current with MGM and partner / network
• Liaise with clearance companies for all current productions, with film offices/commissions around the world to maintain location portfolios and publications, with VFX companies on reels / demo’s / project CVs
• Maintain current / future production files, i.e., scripts, schedules, location information, studio / office availabilities, staffing considerations
• Maintain / Amend Television Weekly Yellow Report and Production Grid
• Create, amend, and revise production / post calendars
• Studio point person for green lit productions  
• Manage distribution lists
• Research shooting locales and prep location photo files 
• Studio point person for show gratuities
• Administrator for Scenechronize
• Manage show assets and liaison with VIP Partners
• Create and manage opening of production accounts i.e.: FedEx, CAST IT, etc.
• Responsible for managing production wrap drives internally and Production Shared Drive
• Research assistance

Job Requirements:

• Previous physical production experience
• Interest in production, post production, and VFX departments 
• Familiarity with Movie Magic Budgeting / Scheduling an asset
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PC compatible
