Job Description:

Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. (''MGM'') is seeking a Manager in its Worldwide Digital Distribution group. The successful candidate will play a key role supporting the sales/licensing, finance/analytics, and operational functions of MGM's digital distribution business, with a focus on the domestic and global electronic sell-thru (“EST”) and transactional VOD (“TVOD”).

Responsibilities:

• Support all phases of business development including sourcing, valuing, and prioritizing new business opportunities and partnerships
• Document deal activity and track financial metrics and goals
• Enter new deals or update terms into internal tracking system(s)
• Perform quantitative analysis of data and metrics to evaluate performance and recommend improvement opportunities
• Ensure timely and accurate creation and tracking of title availability and respective notices to clients (for both features and series) 
• Facilitate creation and delivery of materials: ensure that encodes/masters, artwork, metadata, and product pricing is received in a timely and appropriate manner
• Support and manage relationships with content providers
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, public relations, finance, operations, etc.)
• Evaluate industry trends and competitive landscapes

Job Requirements:

• BA/BS degree 
• 2-3 years of experience in a high volume account management, licensing, or finance role
• Experience in deal making, negotiation, and/or business development in high-pressure environments
• Experience managing and executing on complex process workflows
• Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication and follow up skills
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
• Superb project management and organizational skills
• Well-developed strategic mindset – ability to identify opportunities to leverage existing partnerships 
• Ability to adapt to a quickly changing, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of digital video landscape, including solid understanding of digital video distribution technologies, economics, and key business drivers
• Strong passion and knowledge about movies & TV
