Job Description:

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage day-to-day relationships with MGM’s existing distribution partners (cable, satellite, digital), including pitching new product and negotiating placement and marketing support in order to maximize revenue across platforms globally
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop title-specific marketing plans and create product life-cycle for new release features and TV series
• Drive incremental revenue by developing creative themed programs and stunts to promote catalog and TV titles 
• Develop and implement client promotional plans through various initiatives including advertising stunts, social media, and platform-specific programs 
• Present plans and initiatives to senior management 
• Facilitate delivery of materials; ensure that encodes/masters, artwork, metadata and product pricing is received in a timely and appropriate manner

Job Requirements:

• BA/BS degree; Concentration in marketing preferable
• 3 years marketing and/or account management experience, including media campaign building, planning and budgeting 
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
• Background in entertainment marketing and/or advertising agency experience highly desirable 
• Experience managing direct client relationships as well as collaboration with internal peers, strategic partners, and outside vendors to facilitate execution of marketing plans 
• Creative thinker attuned to culture/trends with a  strong passion and knowledge about movies & TV
• Excellent project management and organizational skills – ability to effectively multi-task and manage multiple deadlines
• Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication and follow up skills
• Well-developed strategic mindset – ability to identify opportunities to leverage existing partnerships
• Ability to adapt to a quickly changing, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of digital video landscape (PPV, VOD, EST, AVOD and SVOD), including solid understanding of digital video distribution technologies, economics, and key business drivers a plus
