Job Description:

Leading independent motion picture production and distribution company seeks a motivated and organized person to lead royalties, participations and residuals activities and financial analysis.

Individually manage film royalties owed by the company’s domestic and foreign distributors.
 
Collect distributors’ statements, compare statements to contractual terms, collect amounts owed.
 
Manage reporting to third party film participants and residuals, and associated audits.
 
Financial modeling including maintenance of film ultimates.
 
Maintain record company royalties.
 
Report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

 

Job Requirements:

High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work with minimal oversight

Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills

Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook

Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a high volume environment with minimal supervision

Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management

Strong initiative to take on increasing responsibility

Bachelor’s Degree desirable

Jaguar/FilmTrack software experience a plus
